He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Mr. Oake concentrates his practice in Criminal Defense Law, including DUI/ DWI, The Graves Act, Drug Court, the Pre-Trial Intervention Program and Juvenile Law. Mr. Oake is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and has handled criminal defense cases for the Office of the Public Defender in both Morris and Sussex County.
